T\u00edtulo:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2254-9625\/14\/1\/16\"><em><strong>Effects of Physical Activity and COVID-19 on Healthy Student Strengths in the University System: Implications for Post-Pandemic Management<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2254-9625\/14\/1\/16\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-10977\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cardenalspinola.es\/investigacion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/EJIHPE-300x158.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"158\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cardenalspinola.es\/investigacion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/EJIHPE-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cardenalspinola.es\/investigacion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/EJIHPE.jpg 310w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>La muestra est\u00e1 constituida por 897 estudiantes universitarios.\u00a0<span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Los estudiantes que realizaron actividad f\u00edsica mostraron puntuaciones de optimismo significativamente m\u00e1s altas en la fase anterior a COVID-19.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Durante la fase de COVID-19, los estudiantes f\u00edsicamente activos demostraron puntuaciones significativamente m\u00e1s altas en optimismo, resiliencia y autoeficacia. Estos resultados muestran a los gestores de las universidades la importancia de fomentar la actividad f\u00edsica para generar bienestar y salud en sus estudiantes.
