Exploring habits of Spanish basketball referees during practice and matches<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>ha sido publicado en modalidad open access en la revista\u00a0<em>PeerJ.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/peerj.com\/articles\/16742\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10983\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cardenalspinola.es\/investigacion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/images.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a>Se tomaron datos mediante cuestionario a 628 \u00e1rbitros de baloncesto pertenecientes a todas las categor\u00edas (internacionales, ACB y locales). Se analizaron rutinas de ejercicio, formas de calentar antes y en mitad de partido, as\u00ed como diferencias entre las categor\u00edas. Los resultados indican que los \u00e1rbitros entrenan en todos los niveles, que el calentamiento previo es realizado por todos los \u00e1rbitros de \u00e9lite, pero no por todos los subelite y regionales. Por \u00faltimo, el recalentamiento tras los descansos no se realiza por la mayor\u00eda, independientemente de la categor\u00eda.
